Ghost Ramen Reviews

But, between odd hours, living out of town, numerous closures and moves we just couldn't make it happen...until today. Ghost Ramen is a hidden gem located under a bridge in Shreveport. The bar kitchen offers delicious food, with a variety of dishes like Yakamein and Shreveport Hot Ramen. The friendly staff make it a pleasant experience, and the cleanliness and attention to allergies are commendable. The food truck-turned patio eatery has a unique concept, with counter service and drinks provided by the attached bar. The appetizer platter with gyoza, corn ribs, and Adobe pork belly stands out for its taste. The overall experience at Ghost Ramen is worth a visit for those looking for something different in Shreveport.
The reviews praise the restaurant, describing the Yakamein and Tokyo Shoyu dishes as delicious, with the Spicy Siracha Fries also being a favorite. The service is noted as amazing, with the chef even coming out to explain the dessert. One customer mentions ordering a dish not on the menu, which was still delicious. While some wish for longer or later hours, the food is consistently good, both during the day and at night.
