My friends and I had a lovely night with dinner and cocktails. Betty Lewis was the entertainment and she was wonderful! The happy hour food menu was very affordable with excellent choices and very tasty. As always the ambiance was inviting and cozy.
Everything was great Atmosphere,Food was perfect, wait staff was on point.
Service and atmosphere were very good! So were the margaritas. They were made strong just like I like it. My boyfriend’s filet mignon was very good as well. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken but it wasn’t very good. The noodles were overcooked and they were swimming in a cream sauce. We were in town from Dallas and came per a recommendation. If we were ever to come back I would opt for a steak dinner instead.

The service is highly regarded as some of the best in Shreveport/Bossier, with staff making every guest feel cared for and ensuring a great experience. The restaurant often has live music, such as a pianist playing 70's and 80's hits, creating a lively atmosphere. Ernest's is known as a dependable staple in the area, with a warm and friendly environment. A small note is that the bar area can be a little dark, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.
