Received a king cake from here as a gift in the mail that I was super excited for but couldn’t find the ingredients anywhere (not in the packaging or website). I’ve tried calling, emailing, and have gotten no response. As someone with a food allergy, it’s really important to me to know the ingredients list. I can’t even say if the king cake is good or not because I don’t know what it tastes like!

Service is excellent, their almond croissants are terrific. Unfortunately their traditional king cake is blah- good “cake” NO cinnamon and very over priced-shame. Lawrence’s bakery in New Orleaans was the king of king cakes in the day and Lowders doesn’t come close. Jim C.

I purchased a king cake about 3 years back and I did not like. However I purchased 1 yesterday. Which was a cream cheese mini king cake. When I tell you it's been the best 1 I have had in a long time! I am not sure what changed but I'm loving it! Keep this recipe ?. I forgot to take a picture before cutting into it ?

I wasn't the biggest fan of the white chocolate pecan cookie. Love pecans, but felt something was missing from the cookie. The churro roll was good and the brownie bites.

Some things are just GREAT. Love the jalapeno cheddar sliced loaf. Once a week it is YUMMY. For weekend treat some times bacon scone, sausage crossiant (or any crossiant) or cinnamon rolls....or blueberry Danish or cookies!!! Where to stop... I am a BIG fan!!!! And love Doc's too!!!

I had lunch at Marilynn's and dessert from Lowder! I had the Krewe Sugar Cookie. It was the best sugar cookie I have ever had! Wish I lived closer!

Quality control has gone downhill fast here -- $6 for a stale, hardly chewable crossaint is wild -- and it happens about half the time these past few months.The high price was worth it to me previously, but it's just too hit or miss at this point.When it's good, it's really good.

Use them to cater occasionally, as well as satisfy my sweet tooth and caffeine dependency. Locally owned and operated, service is always friendly and helpful. Recommend it!

We are new to the Bossier/Shreveport area, and we are having a blast checking out all of the locally-owned restaurants and food shops.Lowder Baking Co did not disappoint! We stopped in for an afternoon sweet treat, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I mentioned it was our first time in the bakery, and the girl took the time to describe what was available, her favorites, and even mentioned breakfast items that had already sold out. She encouraged me to place an advance order for breakfast items so we could try breakfast later on in the week. We look forward to trying breakfast and grabbing a rhino coffee next! ?
