I ordered three king cakes for an office function. Good food, kind service, but needs improvement in the ordering system. I placed a phone order and went in to pay the next day. I also switched out the flavor on one of the three cakes. My order was not in the order book so the employee wrote down the new order on a post it with the change in flavor. I paid for it that day. Two days later, I went to pick it up. The original order was in the book and not marked as paid. Employees...
We have been buying Lowder products for several years now. Almost since it first open. We particularly like the cinnamon rolls. They have been excellent until recently. This size used to be huge, but recently they have been much smaller. We will continue to buy them, but would suggest that they return to the original size. My wife, Linda, also enjoys the sourdough bread. It is an excellent product. Keep up the good work!
