Marble Slab Creamery offers fantastic ice cream and overall excellent service that is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Customers often notice a helpful worker, and one employee goes above and beyond, being dedicated, professional, friendly, and cheerful. A recent visit included an unfortunate incident with a lead or manager who was rude to a team member assisting a customer. The manager’s public correction was demeaning and harsh, creating an unprofessional, demoralizing, and uncomfortable environment. Management should focus on support, guidance, and respect, and receive training. Despite this, the overall experience remains wonderful. Ordering a cookie cake was easy, and the team was sweet, giving extra icing on a plain cookie cake. Great experience overall.
