Our meal choices were a 10/10 and Jeremy who brought them out was super kind to us. “First time there and will be back“

“Sad to say it was better the next day reheated in my air fryer. I asked for bricked and well done which was reverberated to me and spent about 46$ for two soft cooked pizzas and limp bread sticks. Do I apologize for for having faith my order was correct and not checking… or like “a hey wait you want we’ll done right?” It’ll be 10 more minutes… I’m fine waiting for perfection and Johnnys is my perfection but the quality at my favorite store seems to be lacking. If I didn’t want quality and familiaraity then I would of ordered bang for buck dominos and would of received the same subpar zaaa but in quantities and variations I would hurt myself consuming. This is the 3rd and it hurts my heart but my love and my taste buds tell me to try again. I’ll be back again one day because that’s what love is but you can do better. It will leave a sour taste in my mouth for awhile. You were my food hug and I’m disappointed. 😞 Will update when quality checks out.“

“There was a minimal selection of food on the buffet. Maybe because we went late (about 2 hours before closing time). I'm not sure what time they stop making pizzas, but make sure you get there more than 2 hours before closing, because they really slow down on restocking the fresh pizzas.“

“Just tried Marco’s Pizza for the first time. The staff was cool, and our pizza came surprisingly fast, still hot when we got home. Toppings, like bacon, ham, sausage, and pepperoni, were tasty, but the dough was kinda bland. Thinking of giving them another shot to try a different flavor though!“

“I’ve been working in the area for the past few months and order from pines road often. I order the pan style crust with light marinara sauce. It’s always perfect and so much better than my home town hut. They are always prompt with the order that I place online and pick up.“

By the time she finally answered the phone 30mins later Yolanda Fuller asked me my address while the delivery guy was standing in front of me. I said well he’s here now and she freaking hung up. So RUDE. Didn’t ask me if there was anything she could still do or anything. But I just love our delivery guy. I called back and talked to another lady and she gave me the lady’s name. Yolanda Fuller. Please learn some manners when you deal with the public. Thank you. And our delivery guy went back and got what we needed and brought it back. He’s amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he is pretty awesome. I told him he’s my favorite person. BTW Pizza Hut. If you ever need a spokes person. I know the whole advertisement on your phone. “This place is always my go-to spot—it's so close, and they usually have my order ready in just minutes! One time when I went to pick up my order, a friendly woman apologized, saying they had just put it in the oven, so she gave us free lava cakes!

Another time, the pizza wasn’t made very well by a new worker. I called the store, and they asked me to bring it back. When I arrived, I spoke with the MOD and cashier. Not only did they give me an amazing remake, but they also gave me $10 off my next order!“

The store is kept clean. Sure, they get busy and might be a dirty table or two for a minute, but they do a great job keeping up with it !

“When I tell you I was genuinely surprised. The spot looks kinda shabby I can't lie but it smelled great and when I got the pizza I had NO complaints. Tasted good, cooked well, presented well. Had the meat lovers and they have CHUNKS of ham to go on it. Will definitely be returning.“
