I was a frequent customer of this particular location. I experienced bad granola on hazelnut toast that was not edible and brought it to the attention of the store manager Emily by phone as we were home when we opened it and discovered the rancid taste . I don't know why they insist on making this smoothie without dates everytime. This is the only flavor smoothie I get for myself.
The experience, management, ownership etc is terrible at this location. The smoothies always lack an ingredient or taste weak compered to the E 70th location. Unfortunately I didn't have time to treck across town to 70th so I went to Mansfield rd location. No dates again. Had to ask them to put the ingredients in it, that comes with it. Gave my order to someone else and then got rude when you wanted them to remake my order. This is after turning away 2 different drivers that were there to get my order. Refused to remake order for the 3rd driver. Got rude when you wanted them to remake it. It was their fault they gave my order to wrong person.do not order from this smoothie king employee is rude and lazy.
