“We ordered through the Sonic app to score 1/2 price drinks, redeem a BOGO offer of the crispy chicken sandwich, and 1.99 deal for an order of popcorn chicken. The food came out hot and fresh with the chicken just out of the fryer, route 44 slush for only 1.69, and filling triple sonic smash burger. We highly recommend all at this Sonic location. I believe the lady working the drive thru's name was Kenyana. She was very nice and friendly. Thank you for the speedy service and making our order in 5 minutes from the time we placed our order on the app!“
“I love sonic. however the other night I got the urge for what I think is their best shake... peanut butter. so it was late 11:00 pm but I still had time so got up slipped on my house shoes grabbed my coat( it was one of the below freezing nights we had) headed to closest sonic pull in push button... was asked to pull thru drive thru which I no problem... pull up to window lady was very pleasant and asked order... large peanut butter shake please.... thn these terrible words "our shake machine isn't working" I was devastated... but while I was already there I did order cherry limeade. not the same as the shake I had anticipated but trip wasn't a total loss

“In my own honest opinion... This is the best sonic in all of Shreveport/Bossier. With the worst being on Mansfield road.This sonic does every single thing they're supposed to do, they're friendly, they're courteous, they're very quick. Next time you order through the app, make sure to tip them something! It doesn't have to be a lot, but something! Truly, they deserve it. Awesome manager too! He is on the ball with his crew.“

The only reason I gave the atmosphere category a 4/5 was due to several order screens being broken. As I am an app orderer, I prefer a stall with a working screen.“
“My family spends quite a bit here weekly. But in the evenings the service has gotten so bad. Several times now im left sitting at the speaker for 10+ minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement. When I pull up to the window we not greeted or acknowledged. This week I decided I would sit it and time how long it took on both. 10 minutes no answer at the speaker, 10 minutes at the window. The worker inside saw me and was too busy talking and kept holding their finger up to the window to wait. The truck before me ordered 2 drinks and never got their drinks. They waited at least 8 miutes and they left empty handed. Get it to together please. This community supports this business.“
