“We have visited several times.
On our initial visit, there was an error in the flavor selections for our beverages, which caused some confusion.
Additionally, we encountered an instance where the soda machine was out of service. We would have appreciated a token or a refund option when ordering through the app during such circumstances.
However, we were pleased that they retained our receipt and accommodated us by preparing the correct drinks on a subsequent visit.
We consistently find the car hops to be courteous and responsive.“
“I always take my grandchildren. It’s our treat when they visit from out of state. We love the onion rings and cheese burgers are not bad either. Our favorite thing to order is Slushy with Nerds and tots. The only complaint I really have is I NEVER get enough napkins ( or sometimes none)! I had a $29. Order and received 1napkin. Luckily I had extras in the car. Not a deal breaker , just an inconvenience.“
“Im going to be honest the service/food here is amazing, I got a blast and a smash burger and both were an absolute 10 outta 10, Charmaine was my carhop and she was so sweet, just made my experience so much better, good food cant beat great service!“
