Starbucks in Shreveport

“First, I would love to say the Line Avenue Starbucks has the best atmosphere, and is truly welcoming. Now I do have to admit, the drinks could be better here recently, but the service is amazing. Likewise, the last couple of visits, I ordered a Horchata Frappuccino, and it was not sweet enough both times I visited. However, “Sky” was her name, and she is always generous each time I go. I asked for a remake twice, and she was very professional. If she’s not a shift lead or a manager, I believe she truly does deserve a raise at least! She did just right with my drink, too. Thank you, Starbucks LINE AVE. !

“The manager Ms. Lauren keeps this location running like a well oiled machine. Her commitment to service is refreshing. She truly cares about providing amazing customer service which is rare now a days. The drinks were made delicious the environment is clean and the entire experience is why I frequent this location.“

“Ordered breakfast bagel with cream cheese and didn't get the cream cheese that's just wrong if I hadn't made it to work on time I would of went back . But that's not going to stop me from coming back it's just going to make me check my bag next time.“

“So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! Not one that either of us will soon forget!!“

“The service was great. Employees friendly. That new lavender drink thats on special promotion right now, or whatever it is, zero stars. ✍👎👎 It literally tastes like you're drinking flowers, blended with whipped cream. To me, it's disgusting! Plus it was complete liquid when I got it, whip and all melted together for a liquid, mush, lavender, blah. Not my thing!“

“Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.“

“Brittany put together an amazing pistachio concoction for me when Starbucks had run out of whatever was needed for my normal drink.
Guys... this woman did some voodoo magic stuff I don't even know what or how 😂 literally the best drink i have ever had (and I have bartended) this employee knows exactly what's up. Hands down amazing service, and quality 👏

“Despite all the bad reviews, we decided to give this Starbucks a shot and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, service was great, and our orders came out pretty quickly. My flat white was spot on. Seems like they were just working through the usual new store hiccups. Glad we gave it a try.“

“I just stopped in here with my daughter to get some drinks. The two individuals working on May 22 2025 at 1:30pm served us an XL frap and a medium cold coffee. They were so nice and very patient with my child and I taking forever to pick out what we wanted lol. Our drinks were the best Ive ever had and I am regular customer. Everything was clean and stocked and in good working order. What’s so crazy is that upon being rung up on the register and while going to pay (I used my debit card) I realized there was never an option for me to tip while using my card which irritated me because the service I was receiving was so great. I deff don’t think these employees should be missing out on multiple opportunities to be tipped when they are working so hard and so well. Starbucks you should fix this. Good work and good employees are hard to find and these two deserve better. None the less my 12 year old ran back to the car and dug some ones out her purse so we weren’t leaving them with nothing which what would happened BECAUSE THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY TO TIP WITH MY CARD. I hope these two employees get recognized for their hard work. They made our day with how delicious these drinks are. We just finished them in the parking lot while writing this review !“
