Outstanding Experience – Worth the Drive!
The Starbucks located at 319 W Bert Kouns in Shreveport, LA is truly exceptional. Always clean and inviting . From the moment you walk in, the positive energy is undeniable. Julie, Chris, and Red are phenomenal . I’m going to look for one of them every time I visit. Each of them brings a level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care that you can immediately feel when you enter the door.
They don’t just make sure your order is correct; they make sure it’s satisfying. More than that, they send you off with warm words, wishing you the best day and even the best week ever. That kind of customer service stays with you.
I’ve visited the Starbucks closer to my home and, unfortunately, I was never fully satisfied no matter what I ordered. This location is different. You can truly feel the love and pride they pour into their work here and it makes all the difference. Everyone is always kind here . I would drive and bypass any other coffee shop because I know this one will never fell me. From Medicine balls to breakfast , Frappes , Refreshers and I was recommended a drink by one of the employees and I immediately fell in love. This location has by the far best medicine balls . If I’m sick it’s a must I order two to three. When life is hard at times I find it my peace to go here sit down and enjoy that alone time with no distractions. I’m going to have something tasteful rather it’s an iced coffee or hot. I’ll be back soon. By the time I made it home it was very much gone and delicious I’ll order a larger one next time. This is hands-down my go-to Starbucks. Keep doing what you’re doing you’re setting the standard!“
“So I took my 10year old daughter Christmas shopping and I had never been to "5Below",she has been trying to get me to go there with her and my sister has been talking about it for a long time as well! Anyways so I guess just knowing how excited she was about it, I was def going to need caffeine!! So she had never been to Starbucks, bit she's been drinking (coffee milk ?) all her life. So I told her that I would go but we had to go to Starbucks first! She was easy on that one!! We both got caramel crunch frappuccinos, they were awesome!! There wasn't a long wait, only like 1 lady ahead of us, which was perfect bcz we didn't know what we wanted. The service was great, environment was clean and it wasan all around lovely experience!! Not one that either of us will soon forget!!“
“Good products and all. Also very professional yet friendly! However, it would seem due to the location (inside of the Kroger) and size of their area, only 1 person is working there at a time. I’m sure on some days there maybe 2-3 employees. If you’re in a rush and not familiar with this store, you may want to consider a different location. Fortunately for me, I had all day. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 8 other customers, but the employee was doing her best therefore I can’t complain.“

“Store: Starbucks Mansfield Road Shreveport Louisiana. I have a complainant regarding an employee, Rasheed. Last Friday I entered this location. Rasheed made small talk that was genuine, authentic & sincere - I can feel when a comment is genuine. In the end I felt the personalized experience made me eager to return - like this Friday. It is clear Starbucks REALLY appreciates it's customers. Thank you!!!“

Guys... this woman did some voodoo magic stuff I don't even know what or how 😂 literally the best drink i have ever had (and I have bartended) this employee knows exactly what's up. Hands down amazing service, and quality 👏

“Despite all the bad reviews, we decided to give this Starbucks a shot and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, service was great, and our orders came out pretty quickly. My flat white was spot on. Seems like they were just working through the usual new store hiccups. Glad we gave it a try.“
“I just stopped in here with my daughter to get some drinks. The two individuals working on May 22 2025 at 1:30pm served us an XL frap and a medium cold coffee. They were so nice and very patient with my child and I taking forever to pick out what we wanted lol. Our drinks were the best Ive ever had and I am regular customer. Everything was clean and stocked and in good working order. What’s so crazy is that upon being rung up on the register and while going to pay (I used my debit card) I realized there was never an option for me to tip while using my card which irritated me because the service I was receiving was so great. I deff don’t think these employees should be missing out on multiple opportunities to be tipped when they are working so hard and so well. Starbucks you should fix this. Good work and good employees are hard to find and these two deserve better. None the less my 12 year old ran back to the car and dug some ones out her purse so we weren’t leaving them with nothing which what would happened BECAUSE THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY TO TIP WITH MY CARD. I hope these two employees get recognized for their hard work. They made our day with how delicious these drinks are. We just finished them in the parking lot while writing this review !“
“The ladies at the store go above and beyond to make me happy. I visit this store daily. Marcella, Jackie,Natalie and Moss and the the rest of the crew keeps me happy and laughing. I bring my pup in once a week and he is happy with all the love he gets. This is my go to place for a pick me up and just a good time.“
