It took forever to get my food. The store wasn’t very busy. When I finally got it. My food was very cold and unenjoyable. I suspect that my food sat in the back for long time before it was brought out to me.
Experiences like this make me not want to return.
This was a horrible experience with my food and service.
the drive thru was backed up to the road i went inside 12 people in line and the people in Whataburger uniforms standing around talking not doing anything...i waited a few minutes i never saw anyone at the cash register so i went to McDonald's no problems at all there other than i don't like it
