Gross worst steak very tough tasted and looked like it might have been cooked in the microwave. No seasoning whatsoever. My husband's fish and crawfish étouffée was gross no seasoning we will never go back!!!

My husband and I went in on a Saturday night. The food was great (the corn fritters were our favorite). My husband had the seafood platter and everything was cooked well and seasoned great. I ordered the sirloin and it was cooked perfectly at the medium I requested. The Summertime margarita was sweet and great the beers were reasonably priced and cold. We did not care for the dessert we ordered a brownie a la mode and the brownie was over cooked and not very good. Overall we'd give it an 8 out of 10 and go back in and just skip the dessert.

Want a steak that’s cooked well done on one half and medium rare on the other when you asked for medium? This is the place for you. I sent my steak back a total of three times, and the last three times my family and I came here they screwed up a medium sirloin. Our waitress was very sweet and everything else was fine but they constantly screw up one of our steaks.

This is the worst attempt at a crawfish etouffee I've ever seen or tasted. Another guest at our table ordered fried catfish and the taste was bland. No seasoning what so ever. This is my last trip to Backroads.
