Sooooooooo slow & quality has gone down tremendously.
Went there tonight placed an app order only got half of my food I had to wait another 15 minutes at least to get my salad while holding ice cream cones only to get all the way home and not have an salad dressing. I called the store 5 times what do you know the voicemail isn’t set up and no one answered Just a horrible experience all around. I called the Covington store they actually answered but told me they aren’t affiliated. Thanks a lot
This is the 8 piece nugget meal. Are they trying to say the crumbs are nuggets? Service was extremely slow. I ordered ahead which is pointless because you get in the line with everyone who is placing their order at the restaurant. Two people taking orders. The two who were designated to bring food to cars were both at the window. I’m not sure how that is fast or efficient.
