Chipotle is still my favorite fast food but the employees are miserable and it's always kind of messy. This one is no different. It's also gotten fairly pricey $30 for 2, so its getting right up there with seated dining.
Food was good, but seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients. Paying over $20 for limited options was disappointing. Staff was not very welcoming. Lobby was dirty, the vending machine area was so messy.
Been there twice in 10 days. First time had to wait around 10 minutes for steak for my bowl. Had to get someone to replenish the plastic wear . Second time food was okay, no soft drinks available and paid full price for water? Wow I will not be back anymore. Definitely need to work on customer service and make sure that the condiments are stocked up and the area is cleaned.
