So I’m editing my last one star review to a 5 star review. I’ve had Dickey’s barbecue several times since the last review and I must say, I’m impressed. Great food, great service! Kuddo’s to you Dickey’s. What a comeback. I highly recommend eating here!
We decided to order BBQ for a Graduation party Saturday but after pulling up this location and seeing 3 stars and negative reviews, I hesitated but did end up placing the order in really high hopes that my experience would go okay. I placed the order the night before, and Carrie actually tried calling me the next morning to let me know they didn’t have enough of one of the items. Found out today the location on Northshore Blvd in Slidell has closed down. Surprised it lasted as long as it did. The food was usually good, but the employees were always rude. The store was messy. The fountain machine was usually out of order. The first time I visited this restaurant here in Slidell, I loved it. Everything was good. The employees were human. Hopefully our other location stays open. Going to check them out soon. Find out if it's employees are decent human...
