Flatland Coffee is a cute coffee shop with the sweetest employees and a positive environment. The Vietnamese iced coffee is out of this world, and the matcha has the perfect green color. Local coffee shops are a gem, and this one offers the Paris hot tea with many Mardi Gras/seasonal options. The coffee is amazing, and orders can be delivered. The beautiful little shop inside features local businesses with blankets, candles, decorated pottery, pickled items, local honey, and jewelry. Sourdough treats, cookies, and cake pops are favorites. A large blended peppermint with extra peppermint was good, though the size for the price was a downside. The sugar free vanilla and caramel blended and jalapeno bread were amazing, with good heat and flavors. The atmosphere is great for bringing kids, though gluten free and dairy free customers wish for almond milk or coconut milk and gluten free food choices.
