We got the choose 3 sushi rolls lunch special (eel and cucumber, snow crab, tempura shrimp), chicken katsu dinner, and tempura appetizer. It was all absolutely delicious and I can't wait to return! Their sushi is much better priced than my local sushi restaurant and it's much higher quality
I order "To Go" from many different restaurants, it just suits our family better than dining in. Fuji Yama gets my whole order right about 99% of the time, and I have been ordering from them for years! The sushi is always FRESH and delicious! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the food is because when I have gotten a Hibachi meal To Go, occasionally the chicken or steak has been overcooked. Otherwise, everything else has always been on point.
Dinner and a show at the hibachi grill, what more can you ask for? I like that it's not terribly loud, even when they're really busy. The chefs keep everyone entertained and cook everything to perfection. This is a great place for a birthday celebration.
