We found Shon through “Bark” while looking for someone to cater a wedding rehearsal/family reunion. My father hadn’t need his grand daughters in almost 10 years and his niece in almost 20.Shon built the menu with me at a great price, we focused on southern bbq and had options for dietary restrictions. I attended a food festival and had the Bayou pasta and fish. The food was fresh and so much food, I couldn't eat it all. The fish was so good I didn't even have to use tartar sauce!!

I hired Fusion Eatz Catering for a Girls Birthday Nolans trip. From the first call Shon was amazing. The Jambalaya and ZODECO egg rolls were so good. Just the right amount of spice and heat. I will definitely recommend this
