We found Shon through “Bark” while looking for someone to cater a wedding rehearsal/family reunion. My father hadn’t need his grand daughters in almost 10 years and his niece in almost 20.Shon built the menu with me at a great price, we focused on southern bbq and had options for dietary restrictions. She was very responsive and provided everything I asked for. She came on site and grilled all of the food so it was fresh to the table and not driven 40+ minutes away in a Togo box.We had 36 people and not a single plate of wasted food. There were plenty of leftovers, but not a single person threw away anything on their plates.Pros: Amazing service, Amazing flavors, Amazing chef with a fun, bright personality, unbeatable pricing.Cons: I should’ve asked if there were any desert options when selecting my menu lol.

I attended a food festival and had the Bayou pasta and fish. The food was fresh and so much food, I couldn't eat it all. The fish was so good I didn't even have to use tartar sauce!!

Drove an hour and a half for this and it did not disappoint. Had the sweet and spicy sauce with 12 wings and all I have to say it they're probably the best wings I've had in the area, fries were also very good and perfectly seasoned.

Our meal at Fusion Eatz today was so good we had to go back to the truck for a second order as our first was eaten by our sons. I highly recommend the wings and debris fries. Great good by Great People.

Amazing!!! Finally!!!Best wings I’ve had in a longgg time!! I got the fried fish plate and the teriyaki wings plate!! Hot and seasoned on point!!! The fish was on point too! I was supposed to save it for later but once I saw them wings it couldn’t wait! Lol Reasonably priced and delicious food!
