It's rare to find a place where great food and outstanding service are equally prioritized, but this restaurant delivers on both. An all-around excellent dining experience that we will absolutely return for and highly recommend.
Not good. 3 out of 4 steaks ordered were not cooked as requested. All overcooked. Third time this happened in the last four visits to this location. Had to send one back. Didn't offer any dessert as a courtesy or taking a steak off the bill. Piped in music was freakin rock music and way too loud. Wrong music for a fine dining establishment. Should have some light jazz playing. Unlikely to go back.
This visit was disappointing, especially since this used to be one of our go-to spots. Finding out our regular server, Desiree, was no longer there was a big letdown, she was the main reason we returned so often. Her service was warm, attentive, and truly top-tier. Unfortunately, the service this time felt very routine and lacked the personal touch we were used to. When you're paying steakhouse prices, service matters—and without it, the experience fell flat.
