AC is broken and has been for months according to staff. That is completely unacceptable and the company should be ashamed of themselves.
That being said, the waitress we had was phenomenal ? also, the host was so kind and was doing his best to help other staff and customers in whatever way he could. I loved to see that

The air conditioner is not working properly. The food is much better at other locations. The gravy was giving gravy vibes at all.
Originally when I was small I wasn't a huge fan but I'll say this, our time there today was wonderful! All the food was delicious and our waitress was amazing!
