My son and I were the only patrons of this location,at this time. We dined in. Took a number.. and waited .. 20 min later I approached the counter to see my order on a tray waiting. I sat again... Waited another 5 min.. order still in same location... Upon asking for the order . They asked what was my order ... The only one there, I said .

I placed an order through their app to be delivered to my house and instead of giving it to the right person they decided to give it to the wrong person and I had to come up to the store myself to see why my order was handed to someone. Long story short the manager wouldn't even remake my order for me.

They told me to pull forward for a 4 piece nugget and med fry. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my food. I went inside just to find out that they forgot about my order. Cars 2 & 3 experienced the same thing, too. Serious time management and efficiency training needed at this location.

Slidell pontchatrain location has the dumbest employees. Took my order and paid for it. 30 minutes later still didn’t get my food. Had to ask one employee if my food was made and he act like I was from another world. Bunch of dummies.

Some one explain this bs please they have a no loitering sign says 30mins is max allowed time. It took these fools while slow 25mins to make a single qtr pounder. Its 4 o'clock on a Sunday you had 2 cars in drive thru and maybe 5 people I side. To make it even worse tou had more stadd members in today then I've ever seen in there. This is beyond ridiculous. 25mins for 1 burger is insane unless you are grinding it fresh for me right then. That would be understandable but they are already cooked in a tray just needing assembled.

To the young woman in the drive through who just, as she opened the window to hand me my food, witnessed me yelling at the car ahead of me as they flung trash in the drive through while exiting: 🫶 You're my favorite.

Whoever is training these people needs to be trained themselves. I mostly only eat here for breakfast. I’ve had literally one pc of bacon on a sandwich before, way overcooked hashbrowns (crispy grease basically) and for some reason no one seems to know how to make an iced coffee. One time they put mostly cream and a tiny bit of coffee, asked them to remake it, they did it 3 FREAKING TIMES and it was the same each time so I just took it. Then they try to give it to you with barely any ice so you ask for more ice and it’s like you’ve completely rearranged the menu on them! They add maybe 3 more pcs of ice and hand it back. Sadly this is always the weekend crews.
