The customer service was absolute trash!!! So bad that I had to just drive off while ordering. The girl at the front clearly didn’t want to be at work. Zeroes across the board.
Someone forgot to bring us our food when it was ready. Because it sat so long the fries were cold so they fried more. Well the hamburgers weren’t hot anymore but we ate them anyway.
I went through the drive thru and no one answered me. So I pulled in to order.. it took 5 mins to take my order. I couldn't pay with my debit card because the screen what black. One car hop came out with the wrong order and then the second car hop came to my window to tell me they couldn't make me a ocean water so I had to pick something else. He was really nice and respectful but for some reason every time I go to this Sonic or the one in Pearl River its always something.....read full review
