🪳 😓I can post videos , if health department takes the serious 🧐 , feel bad for Food Safety in that kitchen cause it’s beyond bad!!! Rats, in walls digging out of walls , horrible service , owner doesn’t care about workers, and mistreats servers constantly! Bad work environment, poor owner decision making isn’t helping that restaurant, it’s a shame they sell that to Customers !!!
First of all, the food is very good.
For the past 17 years my family has thought of Italian Pie as a “go to” favorite.
The past six months has seen a decline in service to the point we were tipped over the edge to cut the place from our list.
We sat and the server seemed put off.
We never once got a drink refill.
Enough is enough.
I just (2pm Tuesday) stood by the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place order and not one person asked me if I was being helped until I started to walk out. Only 2 tables were being served. Maybe next time.
