Great and nothing is wrong about this place, but some of the messed up managers they have here. Candace is the best manager that works here, and she's really for all of their customers.
Samantha is the worst manager here, she hates here customers always puts out cold for the customers, and also talks bad about the customers. It's honestly surprising why she still has a job at this establishment. She also constantly messes up all the orders, and gives the customer a hard time about remaking the order.
This wasn't just said from any particular employee but some, I'm not gonna mention any names tho. The customers know, who the bad Managers are also.
Whoever owns this restaurant definitely needs to evaluate their managers better. Employees constantly do leave this place and transfer.
When people like Karon, Faith leave this place to go to another Wendys. That's how bad this overall establishment is, at one point in time tho it used to be a wonderful place.
Still is at times just depends on who works there.

Stopped on a hot day for lunch and cool air to do some work on my laptop. Barely anyone there. Food was served quick (a salad and a cup). However, could not find a clean table to sit down at. Had to wipe a table down to eat. Staff stayed behind counter, joking and playing on their phones, while at least 2/3 of the tables were filthy, the drink & napkin tables were filthy, and the floor was full of debris. They were all very nice, but most of the time I was there (over a hour) there was max 5 people sitting in the dining area. Nice doesn’t trump clean, won’t be back.

I’ve been in retail for all my life and I wish I could recruit the Manager of this place. She’s energetic, and can tell she shows results to actions she shows and I hope her team feels the same. Absolute dime to her sense of urgency and props to her service at this location. It’s hard to come about within fastfood with the days and times. Hold on to this one.

This has to be the worst Wendy's out of every Wendy's I've been to. The fries are always terrible. Cold and taste like they've been fried in fish grease. The girl at the window wasn't rude but she def could have handled my situation differently and made a reasonable accommodation. I forgot to order a frosty for my dad and all I wanted to do was add that to my order at the window. She told me I couldn't. Dumb. I didn't want to add a porterhouse steak. I didn't want to order a freshly baked doberge cake. A medium frosty. So now here I am in a hurry and aggravated getting out my car to go inside to order a frosty that could have easily been added to my delicious mushroom burger and crappy fries. Did I mention the fries are ALWAYS crappy here.

The girl with the headset at the drive through, we couldn’t understand her at all. She should be required to speak intelligibly. Intelligibly ‘means in a way that is clear enough to be understood’. Also the guy at the drive through register/window he was on his phone when we pulled up. He was nice and spoke a little more intelligibly, but still, on his phone.

I had bad service. Couldn’t get any help from anyone. The manger ignored me. I asked if my Uber order was ready and got no response. They laughed at me. I ended up canceling the order to do bad customer service. Manager is the worse. This Wendy’s needs to be shut down
