Was there to celebrate my mother's birthday ?. It was my first time there. The service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely recommend and will be back to eat. Thanks, Hollis, my experience was grand.

Hollis' doesn't disappoint. Tremendous variety on the buffet, including boudin balls and frog legs. Food is really good and a great value for the cost. Usually pretty busy on Saturday night, but outside of a short wait, we've never had difficulty getting a table. Highly recommend!
