Very disappointed with the service. This was a takeout order, and my hibachi combo was missing the vegetables, soup, and salad. My nephew’s order was also missing the soup and salad.

This isn’t a small oversight—it shows a lack of basic attention to takeout orders. I even left a tip expecting decent service, but clearly no one bothered to check the order before sending it out.

If you’re going to charge full price, the least you can do is make sure customers actually receive what they paid for. This was careless and unacceptable.

No sauce on the meant at all, steak was completely overcooked. Rolls were soggy nothing was correct. This was so disappointing

Best place to eat sushi, crab croutons, and even steaks all food and drinks are amazing. Go here as much as possible!! Recommend

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for years and although I moved out of the area, I passed through yesterday, so I placed an order online ahead of time to pick up and take home to my family. I specifically put on my order in the notes about my allergies and the order form also gives you the option to list all allergies. This was communicated ahead of time. I picked up after the timeframe that my order was ready and when I arrived, I saw the person fumbling with the bags at the back bar while trying to get my order together. I didn’t wait extremely long, but it was close to the 6 to 10 minute mark before he came back up with my bags. And he apologized for the wait was very friendly, but said he had to make sure there were no mushrooms in my order. That was a little odd, but given that he was taking extra care, I thanked him and left. I drove all the way back to Texas and when I got home, I checked my order and it indeed had mushrooms in the order. I am severely allergic to them had I eaten this I would’ve been in the hospital. I am well aware that people make mistakes, but the fact that they had to check for mushrooms and they were still in there tells me that they went back and picked them out of my food and forgot a few behind. It was not prepared separately and given the care for food, allergies. Because of this, I will likely not come back. I have to be extremely careful with my food allergies and I always communicate that ahead of time and thank God I always check ahead of time before eating.

I had a great experience at Kyoto Japanese Steak House! I ordered a combination plate with shrimp, steak, noodles, fried rice, and mixed vegetables—and everything was absolutely delicious.

The shrimp was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The steak was tender and well-seasoned, cooked just right. The noodles and fried rice were both fresh and tasty, not greasy at all, and the vegetables were crisp and well-balanced.

The portion size was very generous, and the quality of the food really stood out. You can tell they take care in how they prepare everything. Overall, it was a satisfying and flavorful meal.

I’ll definitely be coming back again—highly recommend this place if you’re craving Japanese steakhouse food!

wowsers, the service here was incredible. my server joseph was spectacular at this job. recommended me the most delicious drink, the best sushi rolls, and the hibachi was to die for. if anyone goes here, ask for joseph and you'll be in good hands.
