Los Ponchos Mexican Grill Sulphur La

I heard that the Sulphur location is much better than the one located on 397. Rumors are correct! Our server was prompt and polite and the food was great!!!

Good atmosphere

The owner is the chef and is awesome. My only complaint is that despite being told the dip was not spicy ( I CAN NOT have anything spicy) it was borderline intolerable for me. It was delicious what I could mange though. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Every time we head to Louisiana, we love trying new places, and on our last visit, we discovered this gem!

The flavors were impressive—authentic Mexican food at its best. I had the street tacos, and my wife enjoyed the cóctel de mariscos—both were absolutely delicious.

The margaritas were phenomenal 🍻

We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

Our favorite Mexican food in the area. Dip is white cheese but still good, we just prefer yellow. Guacamole is fresh. Margaritas are delicious. Bean dip with the salsa is really flavorful. Their bowl of beans is great. Usually no one really eats those at other places and here we fight over them.

Well done.

Kid-friendliness: They are very kind and kid friendly. We have spilled there before and they didn't make a big deal and cleaned it right up amd even brought a new chair for my son while they took the other away to clean it.

Even our kids beg to go to Los Ponchos! The prices are very reasonable for a large family, making it a great choice for a night out. Highly recommend!"

There was a freaking bug in my food and the man said well it's still alive so it just got there um ok then he said he will give a discount and it still was 63 dollars when we went to pay I didn't want to deal with it because he took 8 dollars off so I just told the person I was with just pay there was a another working being a smart ass and mocked me

We were told about this restaurant from a lady at Walmart and went to try it. Wow, the wife and I went at lunch time, food , service, and atmosphere were great. No complaints ?
