All I can say is OMGoodness! Run, do not walk, TO this little hidden gem of a place in Sunset, LA. I had the Cajun Roast Beef over rice, with black eyed peas & corn. From the first bite I was transported to Flavortown! Corny I know, but so appropriate! Ms. D Dee cooks all of the food right there for you, & her love & passion for it permeates every bite! Whether you are passing through. or staying a while, please make sure that you stop in for lunch! You Will Not Regret It!

My brothers and I recently had the stuffed seafood daily special. The food and experience were much more than we expected. I had phone-ordered three lunches to-go but, changed our minds after walking into the restaurant. We decided to stay and eat in the great atmosphere. We're looking forward to our next trip there for more food and atmosphere.

I’ve been sick the past few days and desperately needed soup and this place pulled through! I am so happy my husband found this place. This is truly a hidden gem and I cannot wait to try more food from this place! 10000/10 on the corn and crab chowder. This is next level comfort food lol so amazing!

Hey small gem in Sunset, Louisiana. Open for lunch. Cajun sandwiches and salads. Relaxed and pretty setting, owner is very friendly, and bathroom is nicely kept. We recommend the muffaleta.
