“I’m in Chicago, my son is in New Orleans attending Xavier University & it was his 21st Birthday coming up. And of course mom wanted to send him something. So I found this bakery online, called them & explained the situation. I explained every time I would hit delivery for his location, he would be out of the location for delivery. The lady that answered the phone was so nice & understanding. She made sure that he would get his favorite cheesecake delivered to his dorm room on his birthday! HE WAS SO HAPPY AND SO WAS I…Thank you guys! ?“

“This establishment is truly remarkable. It offers the finest boba and tea on the westbank. The service personnel were exceptionally friendly and demonstrated remarkable patience in explaining the menu, ensuring that we made informed choices that catered to our preferences. The only aspect that I found slightly disappointing was the absence of an X on the tic tac toe board, which resulted in my unfortunate defeat at the hands of my daughter. “My family really likes this place. I enjoy the hot Thai milk tea... I have ordered it many times. BUT you need to figure out how to serve it SAFELY and in a cup that doesn't leak. I know most folks don't order hot drinks in New Orleans, but your hot drink cups are messy and dangerous. They leak. Today, I burned my hand on a Thai milk tea that was too hot to hold as I was getting into my car. I had no choice but to chuck the full cup of milk tea into the passenger side to keep from blistering my hand. I let the teenage staff know, but the person who buys the cups and the lids needs to know. You all have to fix this.“

“I absolutely love this place. From the social media-ready decor to hospitality of the owner, and especially the fun and delicious drinks, you won't be disappointed coming here. They are currently out of a few things due to supply chain issues but that is not their fault so I didn't take any points off for that.I visit this place every Tuesday when I'm out iMetairie. My favorite so far is the Brulee Bobo (boba) with Milk Tea. I could use a bit more tea in mine but I was informed that when they tried to increase the tea flavor, people complained, which sucks. That's where the one star of food comes from, but that's just my personal preference.The other great thing about this place is they are always adding off the menu drinks and even created one I asked for.. an oolong rose tea.You may be confused and initially off-putting when you see there's cheese or egg pudding on top of your boba, but trust me it works. The fruit teas are also amazing. The Lychee Rose is so good and picture- worthy. The Sakura Matcha is also delicious.Next time you're feeling adventurous, ignore all the other boba places, and come check out this Taiwanese cheese tea place ASAP. “The BEST place to get bubble tea (I’ve pretty much tried them all). There’s something for everyone: iced, frozen, coffee, tea. Their fruit teas and the mojitos are my favorite but most of their drinks are good. I come here at least once a week, and they have a rewards program to “earn” “free” drinks. The staff is always friendly, but it always seems there is someone new working there. The drinks have improved noticeably in quality in the past few months. There’s space inside to sit and chat, but it does get noisy sometimes. There’s also an area to sit in if you want to grab and go. There’s usually music playing with music videos, and this is sometimes a bit loud. Definitely go here if you want good bubble tea at a reasonable price“

“Really enjoyed my experience here. Tried the crème brûlée and red velvet macaroons and the dream house lavender tea with almond milk! Everything was delicious. The cafe was cozy and had lots of beautiful plants all around, which I loved. I was able to sit in a comfy chair, read my book, and enjoy my little treats loved it.

“my girlfriend and i always order the chicken Pho [we order the same thing every week, unfortunately dong have pics of it becasue i just have to stuff my face] but yesterday i went pick up our food and before picking up i called. i placed my order and it was funny because she called me marie instead of my govn’t name. when i got there, the owner and i laughed because of the mixed names. got on the subject of her liking my tattoo and she started telling me how her tattoo on her back is for her son Michael. my heart shattered and i honestly had tears in my eyes because the way she spoke so beautiful about how this was his dream and she wanted to do this for him was truly beautiful. we got on another subject of why i LOVE this restaurant so much!! yall, they make this broth sun up to sun down so it’s fresh for you! i can have dreams about this pho because of how yummy it is!! everyone needs to go try it! the people who work there are very sweet! great atmosphere!“

“I really like the food at PhoBang. The brisket Pho is my favourite and the fried egg rolls are very crispy and great. The egg rolls come four to an order. They did just start adding 3% charge for credit card payment. Several places have started doing this unfortunately.“
