“To give you a sense of the kind of service and care, the waitress informed us that she does not give a check until asked so that people can stay at the table as long as they like and not feel rushed. The owner is a wonderful character. He makes you feel like family and that is part of what makes the atmosphere so pleasant. Of course it's a restaurant. So it's the food that's most important. I had the grilled fish of the day .I can't recall having a better seasoned and cooked fish. Everything was wonderful. A little quirk is that they do not have hard liquor on the menu. It's available, but don't expect any exotic drinks. We will be returning.“

“I've been to Hummus and More a few times and have enjoyed it each time. Tonight we had a larger group and we were celebrating a birthday. Service was great, thank you, Mabel. The owners sent out complimentary dessert for the group. A very kind gesture thank you.“

“Food is fantastic and the prices are excellent, too. I always order the babaganough which is delicious and comes with lots of pitta bread, ( made in house. )
I often get the red lentil soup, which is plentiful and inexpensive. The combo plate is delicious, with hummus, a great salad and lots
of meat. I get 3 meals out of it easily. I usually finish my meal with a Turkish coffee and a triangle of baklava, a Phyllo dough and honey dessert.
Vegetarian options: Red lentil soup, babaganough is delicious, and comes with warm pitta bread. I love their salad. There are lots of vegetarian options, like kibble, falafel and many more.“

“We never knew this place even existed. Last time we looked it was an abandoned home. The menu was diverse with Mexican, po boys, and some Mediterranean. We all had tacos, birria and fish and they were all great with generous servings. The home made salsa was a nice treat. Give this place a try and don't overlook it. Note that there is off-street parking in the back.“

“I was hungry after a long days work and really wanted a falafel. Found this little place a was very surprised. The people were so sweet and the eggplant sandwich really grabbed my attention and then I ordered a chicken Philly. The eggplant sandwich was DELICIOUS!! That chicken filly however needed some more seasoning. ? ?️“

“The Hillel Center is a lovely place on campus with tons of events. I had the privilege of being a part of their “My City and Me” art show in which high school students displayed their work. Everyone was very welcoming and the students were so proud to have the exposure on a college campus. I will definitely check out future art shows here. Thanks, Hillel!“

“Okay okay! So I MUST say that Shawarma&Falafel is def my new go to place! My mouth’s watering just thinking about it! The food is outstanding,the service is absolutely phenomenal when I say I’m impressed, I’m impressed!
And one thing I give major kudos for is the cleanliness!“
