Very good food every time I ate here and a very delightful server today ***
The tempura asparagus is our go to dish. It's so crispy and with the right amount of spice sweetness from the sauces. So far everything else we've tried is pretty standard Japanese hibachi and sushi. They used to do these cool sushi boats that float around the island but I think they stopped that because I never see them run. The wait staff is great and ready to answer whatever questions you have
Have yet to have a bad dish from this place. Great sushi, noodle dishes and vegetable options.

Geaux Fish Restaurant | Japanese, Sushi & Hibachi offers a enjoyable dining experience with a range of tasty dishes and friendly service. The standout appetizer is the crispy tempura asparagus, which is praised for its perfect crunch and balance of spice and sweetness from the sauces. The menu features standard Japanese hibachi and sushi options, with some special items like the Crab roll made with rice paper instead of seaweed, and pan-fried gyoza. Customers appreciate the freshness and flavor of the food, describing the sushi as big and loaded with ingredients, and the combination rice as loaded and satisfying. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with many reviews mentioning that kids enjoyed the variety of rolls and drinks. The staff, including attentive servers, are helpful and ready to answer questions, making the experience pleasant. While service can occasionally be slow, particularly during busy times or when waiting for the check, overall the staff is friendly. The restaurant is appreciated for its good prices and willingness to stay open during storms. Some minor issues like a small hair on the rice or the fried gyoza being a bit hard are noted, but they do not detract from the overall positive experience. Visitors find Geaux Fish a great spot for sushi and hibachi, loved by families and sushi enthusiasts alike.
