I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. They have super nice employees. it doesn't take long to get your order! The food is always delicious!😋
Wish I could rate this higher but my experiences this year have been bad. Ordered four times and three out of four times they've gotten my order wrong. Twice I asked for a brownie and once I got fries and the other time I got nothing with my milkshake. Had to order again and then magically they gave me a brownie. And then just today I asked for chips and they gave me fries. Like, seriously?
