“The service was very quick and the employees were very polite. I purchased Dixie Chick, Jazzy Julie, a cup of chicken chipotle soup, and the baked potato soup. The Dixle Chick was a little bland and salty, but it was okay. It had good texture. The other items were good. I do find the price point to be a little high for the amount of product received, in both the chicken salad and soup. I would return, just not every day.“

“I came in with my 7.5 year old son who has nonverbal autism. I can’t let go of his hand even for a brief second as he is a runner and was by myself. I didn’t catch the guy’s name I think he was a manager, helped us a lot. By bringing sauce and napkins to table. And getting straws for us. Another team member helped bring our food to table. I had ordered my son nuggets combo with fries but also got him a fruit cup. In the distraction with trying to care for my son, I thought I was missing a fry. So I brought it to the guy’s attention but by the time he came to the table, I located the my son’s order of fry that I put in bag on side of table to make room. And let him know. He said it was no problem and had us still take the extra fry. Will never get that service anywhere else.“

“This Chick Fil A Thibodaux is one of the best Chick Fil A establishments I have been to. The workers they are are extremely friendly and helpful. If they do get anything wrong with your order, they will immediately make it right. The dining room is kept clean. It is a great atmosphere. The food is fantastic. You cannot ask for a better place. Give Chick Fil A Thibodaux a try. You will not be sorry. And the drive-through is extremely fast, even though the line may look long. 💖💖“
