She picked my daughter and hit her on the back several times which, luckily, was all it took to clear her airway. “Had a chance to jump over to the new location this morning and the food remained completely on point. Much better parking situation and just a few minutes further down the road. The best improvement with the new space is the amazing dining room for folks who want to sit down and eat. Loved the decor, the new mascot and best of all, the same super friendly staff. Thanks!!!“

“I was debating on what to eat, so I called my coworker because she always talks about Chick-fil-A . Well, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the market salad was totally delicious. Yum yum!
Today 6/2/26, I tried their chicken noodle soup . Let's just say it taste like Campbell's chicken noodle soup from the can. Seriously! Still good though!“

“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.
Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.
Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“I went to chick fil a in Xavier campus I go there often mainly in the morning. However the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t be happy to take people order they say next guest like we bother them!!! Especially the one lady with red looking braids in her head I will continue to write a review until I see change with her!!! I seen people walk out y’all line because they dont like her attitude and they say I’ll wait til shift change!!! They take forever to take orders and to give me my food!!!! So I went there at night and talk about major difference!!! Everybody smiling moving fast they working together as a team they interact with us even the girl with the dreads that work in the back seen people standing there came out to ask if her teammates needed help with anything!!! She even talk to us and told a joke or two to put a smile on our face!!! I even seen her make shakes take orders and pass out food!!! I told myself they need the same energy like this in the mornings!!! I will be contacting corporate and Sodexo to tell them about this matter!!! I put 5 stars because of the night crew!!!“

“I usually dont leave fast food places reviews but the stars aligned today, because my pot pie was piping hot, chicken was hot n crispity n crackity, my KFC bowl was hittin, and the dude that was Rang us up was the nicest person I've met in a drive through (shout out to him). What can I say, had to leave a good review when it is deserved.“

“So delicious and you get a lot of food for a great price! I got tacos, empanadas, and quesadillas. I was almost full after just one empanada. Granted some of this food is for later, but I wasn't expecting to be eating off of it for such a long time! I look forward to the next time I eat here.“
