My son and I pulled up to the drive-through to get a mobile order from this Popeyes the employee by the name of Teresa come out to Greta. Let us know it’ll be a few minutes for our order. I would like to say that she is the best never met her before, but she has great people skills, a beautiful smile, and was so kind that we did not mind waiting for our food so I will say would like to say thank you Teresa for your service
Popeyes in Ville Platte always comes through! The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned just right. The chicken was crispy, the sides were good, and everything came out pretty quick. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was right. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving some good chicken! 🍗🔥💯

However, the side orders still lack quantity. Despite the positive changes, some customers have reported poor service and minimal side portions. The Golden BBQ Chicken Sandwich and ghost pepper wings are highly recommended, while the red beans and rice received praise. The mac n cheese was a bit too soft for some tastes, but overall, the restaurant offers delicious food, especially the signature sandwiches and wings.
