We ordered a chicken sandwich that tasted like old grease and had to drive all the way back to your Ville Platte location to get a refund. The wait for the food was long enough that it should have been prepared at order versus serving old food that was obviously prepared earlier in the day and in old grease. We WERE frequent patrons, but that will no longer be the case. I suggest you reassess your procedures or retrain your cooks.
