On 5/15/2024 I ordered the Cheesy Bacon Stack Combo. After arriving home, and taking a couple of bites, I realized there WAS NO BACON on this sandwich. How can you advertise this as a cheesy Bacon Stack Combo, then leave off the primary ingredient.
Approximately one week before that, I ordered a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger. When I got home, I realized it was a Sonic Double Cheeseburger Combo. Totally incorrect sandwich.

Fries always seem to be old.
Employees are always friendly.
It would have been a lot better if I didn't receive my shake already melted because it had to sit there on the counter while the truck in front had a large order before I was able to receive my order.
