“Waffle House. A tried and true favorite. Had an incredible meal thanks to Billy the chef, and I am so sorry but the napkin my two favorite waitresses showed me was used so I lost your names! The food was incredible, we got to talking and found out our birthdays were one day apart. Amazing experience cutting up while waiting for my food to finish up. “Originally opened in 1928. We always look for the local none chain restaurants when we travel. This place is hands above any chain restaurant. Grits made with butter and water. Biscuits and gravy were great. Loved the local patrons. Reasonable prices! Staff was wonderful.“
“I would come again if I could afford it only my husband ate. I drank coffee got 3 refills I don't think a cup of coffee should be $2.50 or a soda & the waitress did not let my husband know that they you do not carry Coke products so he got a drink for $2.50 he could not drink.“
“I’m 55 years old and this is literally the friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to in my life. More than one person greeted me when I walked in. They were all in a good mood. A couple of them were even singing along to songs on the sound system that was playing. And I got my food in about 5 minutes. AMAZING STAFF. Keep up the good work!“

“I probably couldn't say enough about this place. Never a bad experience, food is always amazing and fresh to order. Service is always top notch and your drink never goes empty. You might wait for a bit to get your food, but that's the price of a home cooked to order meal at some places. Very friendly for the kids as well.“
“I am a traveling tradesman, so after I work 12 hr days and so long drives I sometime have to get a hotel in a new area, well the hotel I was at left me across the street from Waffle House, i wasn’t epoxying much more than just a few minutes because I intended to eat at the hotel, and the atmosphere of the cooks and waitresses was absolutely fantastic! They started singing along with the radio and it was so much fun to be a part of! I wanted to join in with the girls but didn’t know the words! Great job Waffle House, this was a great experience for me and great/fun staff and management! And the food was exactly how I remember it.“
