“The manager BRANDON at NEWKS!! That’s the post!! He went above and beyond helping me this afternoon!! Awesome guy! Y’all go visit him! It’s so nice to come in contact with people in the food industry who love their jobs + he made my day! Definitely an asset to the Newks crew!“

“They have great pizza But today we had a problem 3 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks was ordered Along with 5 drinks We received 1 pizza and the cheese sticks and were told they gave our other pizzas away to another table!!! How can this happen when all of it was on one ticket? We were offered a pepperoni pizza until they cooked the pizzas given away but declined because I wanted my sweep! I hope someone can tell me why this happened!!!! The total was $57 and I live on a limited income. It’s a treat to go to Johnny’s!!!“

“I attempted to place my order online for pickup, but I couldn't because the website wasn't loading, so I drove to the store. The regional manager (?) was in store introducing new manager in training hire. Everyone was standing up front next to register, talking loudly. In such a small space, 5 adults talking loudly is a bit overwhelming. The person working the register was divided between waiting on me and wanting to rejoin the conversation with the others. The small menu was taped to the desk, so it was difficult to read, and sensing the person waiting to take my order was wanting to return to the conversation with the others, I felt very rushed. I missed out on the currently running deal because it was on a small poster next to the register which no one pointed out and feeling overwhelmed with the noise and activity, I missed. However, the order was quickly fixed, was correct, and hot when I got home. I will return and hope for a better experience next time.“

“Went to Little Caesars at 8:20pm to order a 3 meat and $5 classic pepperoni. Until tonight I never had a proble with my order being wrong so I didnt check the pizzas. My husband, kids and I got home with a cheese pizza and the $5 classic. Called to see if it could be fixed and they refused. So if you got there and had a guy with dark hair and about 5ft 2in tall then I really hope you got what you wanted.
Really wish the girls that are normally behind the coubter were there because they never mess up my order when we have the chance to order take out.“
