PJ's Coffee has a friendly and nice staff, creating a great atmosphere for its customers. The coffee served is delicious and flavorful, although one customer found it to be a bit underwhelming. However, they plan to visit again and try a different menu item. There have been issues with order readiness displayed on the app, and coffee being filled to the brim, causing spills. Unfortunately, some customers have felt unwelcome and judged at certain branches, including West Monroe and Ruston. Adjustments to these areas of concern would improve the overall experience at PJ's Coffee.
