“First time visiting today, and was hesitant at first. However, the way I was treated was how I’d treat someone as well. Although my order was initially online and I ordered in parking lot bc I’m big on cleanliness when it comes to fixing my food. I was allowed to get my sandwich fixed exactly to my specifications. The staff was very nice and courteous. I don’t know if she’s was the mgr that I was interacting with, but she was a sweetheart. She assured me that if I’m ever dissatisfied to please let her know and she’d be more than happy to take care of it. I know how things can be stressful doing lunch , but these ladies were awesome. “The artist was great. However she was the only one until 4:30pm. I spent $50. This subway probably lost that much during my time there because folks didn't want to wait. It's located in a travel plaza - invest in additional staff or get out of the business. I have worked for this type of owner - frugal micromanagers. These types always failed. Selah.“

“We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.“
