We went for dinner tonight and the food came out fresh and hot was excellent. We had great service even though the restaurant was very busy. I would totally recommend this restaurant

This place needs ZERO stars. We were there December 30th 2024 with my husband celebrating 34 years of marriage . Out of our experience and expectations. šŸ‘‰šŸ¾This place was the worst. We ordered the red snapper over rice. (See photo) This dish was horrible from the start. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. I sent the dish back requesting for a Manager. I saw what I assumed was the manager or maybe even two of them. He saw us and ignored our request with no apologies or anything remote. I know this because I saw saw how the man who looked young with dark hair, waved the waitress away when she told him. Alexis, our waitress, came back to our table asking only if we wanted to order something different. By the way she was the only waitress serving in room filled with customers. She was noticeably aggravated. Additionally , our order took over 30 minutes to get to the table and to get undercooked rice and nasty food šŸ‘‰šŸ¾horrible . The only thing we enjoyed here was the water with lemon on the side. Food quality is below standard and the service is even worse. This was a whole miss for us. This whole restaurant needs a resuscitation…

I had lunch, crawfish etouffe, and it was delicious, but it could have had more crawfish.
The garlic bread came out late and it wasn't offered when I placed my food order.
Desiree, our server, was attentive and friendly.
The restaurant was nice, clean, and roomy.
I would recommend this place to eat to my friends. The price was reasonable for the food portion.

The pregnant manager was so rude she actually blamed me for the terrible service and food

ordered a steak alongside the man next to me at the bar, while he ordered his well done, i ordered mine medium rare. his steak came, though not his fries or shrimp. mine never came. the manager eventually came out with an attitude, saying that they gave my order away (kitchen ate it?) and clearly had no idea what was going on. no one appeared to have any desire to work. the manager was clearly trying to make herself out to be the victim, blaming the bartender who was the only decent part of my experience.

Then when one of the nearby patrons came to my defense, she gave the "I'm not talking to you I'm talking to him". rude and condescending, i have no idea why you would have someone like that working at a customer facing business.

eventually one of the table managers came out to try to help, and she convinced me to take the steak, and a beer complimentary. then the restaurant manager (night shift maybe) seemed to decide that was too much, despite her lack of professionalism. i left without the beer, though the did give me the steak to go, but by this point I'm much more upset than hungry.

one thing that was rather insulting was both the manager and table manager both had a "what do you want me to do about it" spiel, which seems like a tactic to get you to ask for less than they might have offered and make you feel like you're begging.

completely different methods of handling it though, the manager was rude as can be and the table gamez manager was kind about it, and when i explained the whole story she seemed to see my point of view and did genuinely try to help.

one of the worst dining experiences of my life. not the first time at a caesars property either, if you check my hells kitchen review. that was a while ago and i wouldnt call it a trend, it does feel like it to me. i should probably consider staying at a boyd property.

Edit: i tried the steak, 90% salt, 0% flavor. I'm worried about some 'Waiting' style situation with all the yelling i heard from the kitchen so I'm not going to eat it.

Started doing bands and karaoke. It's not the place to have it. Small place and excessively loud.

Trust the 2 star rating. Unless you have no other options, eat this mess. It's just above gas station quality, literally. I choked down a few bites and just went to bed hungry.

I came here expecting to have a good time, that was not the case. The server had a great attitude, but it took awhile for the drinks and even longer for the food to come out. I work in the restaurant industry as a chef and I know how long it should take for food to come to a table when a restaurant is not even busy, 5-10 minutes for drinks and 30+ minutes for food to come out is very unacceptable in my opinion. I will never be coming back here again and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Disappointing Service

My experience at Brew Brothers was quite disappointing due to the poor service. Upon being seated, we waited an unreasonably long time before anyone came to greet us or take our drink order. I had to actively try to get the staff's attention, and even then it took several more minutes before someone finally came over. The lack of attentiveness from the servers was glaringly obvious. Despite there being a growing line of people waiting to be seated, no one was working the front desk or hostess area. The staff seemed to have no sense of urgency about helping customers. While the food itself may have been decent, the sluggish and inattentive service really detracted from the overall dining experience. At a minimum, I expect to be greeted promptly and have my drink order taken in a timely manner when dining out. Brew Brothers failed to meet even this basic level of service

Arrived at 6:45pm, sat down and waited to be given menus. 7pm, we get our menus and order two burgers. 8:09, we are told that our order didn’t go through and they will begin preparing it now. 8:15, we finally get our burgers and order a dessert to go. 8:30 we get our dessert and leave. The entire time we were sitting waiting for our food to come, there were two servers waiting on everyone, one of which was the bartender. The burgers were good, but the fries were cold somehow, so we decided that we should have just left and gotten pizza next door. It amazes us how much food probably goes to waste and how much money this place loses out on being understaffed like that.

My husband & I got draft beer, onion tower and burgers. Food was pretty good along with the beer. Waitress was nice. At the restaurant entrance they need a sign saying wait to be seated because we stood around for awhile till we seen an employee. The employee was the hostess and she seemed like she didn't want to be there at all.
