The atmosphere and food were great! However, our server had a terrible attitude. Very disappointed.

Apparently, paying premium prices gets you rat-sized portions and a taste that makes you question why you waited in the first place. Speaking of waiting—one full hour for just two items. I didn’t realize I signed up for a patience-testing experience instead of a meal.

Expensive, tiny portions, underwhelming taste, and a wait time long enough to reconsider all life choices. Truly impressive… in the worst way.

We had a great barmaid. She was so great boxed up our food and was so pleasantly nice. The food was great from wings to burgers and chicken sandwich loaded fries. Was definitely worth the money and was huge burgers. They had half price apps and drinks til 5 was the best. We got a variety and were shocked how good everything was. Nothing needed anything. Will come back for more on the way back through.

Very disappointing experience. After sitting for about 20 minutes, I was finally able to place my order. Fifteen minutes later, I was told they were out of potatoes. I agreed to an alternative, only to wait another 20 minutes before being told they were no longer serving breakfast and was handed a lunch menu instead. At that point, I decided to leave. I ended up paying just for my soda. Poor communication and excessive wait times made this a frustrating visit.

I like the atmosphere. It's a chill vibe with multiple tvs throughout. I sat at the bar and the bartender was super attentive. I ordered the catfish. It took a while to get my order. And bartender kept me informed and was apologetic when people came in well after me and finished their meal.

I've been waiting for 15 minutes and it's not busy at all, noone has come to help. A few older white people come along, get seating, drinks and order token within minutes. Very disappointed. Servers are standing around but no one seems to care to help

The hostess Makayla didn’t greet us , never smiled, acted like she didn’t want to be here. Our waitress Meagan was very good, food took forever to come out , multiple tables got their food before us, it was such a wait that our waitress brought some chips and queso to snack on. We bath had wings and they were delicious!. Food and waitress deserve 5 stars.

Disappointed at how dry this Tex-mex burger was. The bun was ok, but the meat and the jalapeño chips was not tolerable. I took one bite and did not finish the rest. It was that dry and just not good at all. Burger was firm and so dry there were no juices it just crumbled. At 22 bucks for a burger and fries one would expect better quality. Will not order a burger again. Maybe it was a bad night but the place was not packed or busy. Next time will try the wings.

Not sure why so many bad reviews but I just ate here this Sunday morning and it was great. My server Emily was very friendly and attentive. My food was brought out in less than 15 minutes and was good for the price. Will be back next time I stay at Horseshoe.

Victoria was awesome! Best service at a bar that we have had in a while! We came in Friday night and stayed at the Horseshoe just to rest from the hectic weeks ahead. She made sure our beers didn’t go empty.

We went for dinner tonight and the food came out fresh and hot was excellent. We had great service even though the restaurant was very busy. I would totally recommend this restaurant

This place needs ZERO stars. We were there December 30th 2024 with my husband celebrating 34 years of marriage . Out of our experience and expectations. 👉🏾This place was the worst. We ordered the red snapper over rice. (See photo) This dish was horrible from the start. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. I sent the dish back requesting for a Manager. I saw what I assumed was the manager or maybe even two of them. He saw us and ignored our request with no apologies or anything remote. I know this because I saw saw how the man who looked young with dark hair, waved the waitress away when she told him. Alexis, our waitress, came back to our table asking only if we wanted to order something different. By the way she was the only waitress serving in room filled with customers. She was noticeably aggravated. Additionally , our order took over 30 minutes to get to the table and to get undercooked rice and nasty food 👉🏾horrible . The only thing we enjoyed here was the water with lemon on the side. Food quality is below standard and the service is even worse. This was a whole miss for us. This whole restaurant needs a resuscitation…

I had lunch, crawfish etouffe, and it was delicious, but it could have had more crawfish.
The garlic bread came out late and it wasn't offered when I placed my food order.
Desiree, our server, was attentive and friendly.
The restaurant was nice, clean, and roomy.
I would recommend this place to eat to my friends. The price was reasonable for the food portion.

The pregnant manager was so rude she actually blamed me for the terrible service and food
