My sister and I were here in December for a girls weekend. We made a reservation because last time we were there they were building out the steakhouse. I was looking forward to trying the Lobster Risotto. We are avid fans of all Gordan Ramsey's shows. The service was excellent, the drinks were delicious, risotto was awesome (even though our Lobster was slightly chewy. We ordered the Porter house and split it. Melted in our mouths.
