I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really bothered me. We were told to seat ourselves when we walked in, which was fine. However, after sitting down, we were not greeted, offered menus, or asked about drinks for 15-20 minutes.
During that time, another table that arrived around the same time as us was greeted and even offered refills, while we still hadn't had any interaction at all. Being
