The taco bell on hwy 92 youngsville Louisiana. There was no way to put minus 5 stars i went inside and was refused services because i would not use the kiosk and when i called corporate i get mid east accent i cant completely understand but after making her repeat herself 3 times i think she said thats the new policy so most of us old people will no longer be eating taco bell

It’s not that the food is bad, it’s also not the employees. In fact they are all so sweet to me. But they started a new thing where you have to speak to a robot to order your food. I much rather talk to an actual human being. Taco Bell needs to do away with that bs.

Dont even deserve a 1 star. Terrible people. Terrible food made got a cheese quesadilla with literally 3 pieces of shredded cheese on it basically. Literally a tortilla thats it and paid what $10 for it ya get screwed. Yall need to check on your employees they obviously do not care about no one i would hate to see how they make the food…

This location has to be the worst. It never fails, every time I come here my order is NEVER right. They are always out of something that I want. Whoever is running this needs to be replaced! And the workers are so rude it’s ridiculous! Somebody please step up and fix this location!

Every time I order from here, they forget items they charge me for or give me the wrong items. Gave up complaining about it because I get brushed off and choose a different location due to the unprofessionalism. Most people in Youngsville have this issue with this location.

Service is horrible. An AI bot took our order and got it completely wrong. We waited at least 10 minutes at the window for our food and the person who gave us our food was rude. I get it’s Taco Bell, but I expect more out of youngsville.

My only complaint is that they are often out of Dr Pepper/Pibb and sometimes they'll substitute it with Pepsi without asking, esp if it's a doordash originated order. I'm not a Pepsi drinker, so if I were having it delivered, I'd be highly disappointed. Also, the cinna twists are hit or miss. Either they are really great or they taste like cardboard a break dancer sweated on in the mid 80's.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I live within walking distance of this place and it’s horrible. I have the same order and every time I go it’s different. I’m lucky if I get everything I ordered. They often leave things out of the order. They like to overcook things as well. It’s absolutely insane how bad this place is compared to any other Taco Bell. I will never return again after shorting my order and over cooking everything tonight. Do not eat here. It’s worth driving elsewhere.
Service is always questionable. The employees at the drive-thru are mostly good, but they almost always forget to put things in the order. How do you screw up a combo you do all the time?

Shitty experience at this location. I expect much better from a youngsville location. They didn't have no Pepsi, mountain dew, or Dr. Pepper. Plus, me and my boyfriend was the only ones there and they took forever. And they told us AFTER the fact that their machines were down so I got the baja blast slushie and it was small for being regular size. Lame af and people do not care over there. And they don't take the orders correctly.
