Two of the three gentlemen working in there were absolute zombies Clearly, not wanting to do their job to make people leave because it was the end of the night and they did not feel like serving any more people One guy in there wearing sunglasses and vaping at the register…. Horrible service We walked out

Just order an All Star Breakfast meal. Eggs half cooked and the guy uses his bare hands to toast and cut my raisin bread… just plain nasty and disrespectful af!!!!!

I really do hate to leave bad reviews. I really do. But this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve had. The place was absolutely FILTHY. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese hashbrown bowl… the hashbrowns weren’t even cooked. The outer edges were browned and crispy but the rest was just cold and lip like noodles. Not even sure they were really hashbrowns 🤮. My daughter ordered a waffle (which she said was yummy), a side of bacon which was only half way cooked and her side of hashbrowns were barely cooked as well. We were polite, paid for our food and left, but we will never be going back. And for this place to still be on the newer side, I guess I expected a little more.
Bree was awesome! She was so friendly and got our order out so fast, and it was perfect!! This is one of the better locations in my opinion, it's very clean, well staffed and the service is always great!

This was the second time of being racially profiled by the same service workers at WH. We weren’t greeted with a “Hello” “How are you” or “Can I get you anything.” We were greeted with a “yall have to eat something if you’re going to eat here, mind you we just walked in the restaurant.

The atmosphere is not what we pay 12% in taxes for. The chairs are sticky, I have been in here three times now and my shoes stick to the floors. The tables are filthy. I do not know the expectation of management, but to live in such a nice area, I feel this is not the best we can do.

Out of all the locations around, we always drive to Youngsvilles Waffle House. It’s usually clean, good food and service. However this weeks visit did not meet these expectations. 3 tables were sat and the others were piled with dishes. One booth became available for us but was not wiped down. We were not given silverware and had to get up and get them ourselves from behind the counter, the coffee was cold and when offered refills we asked for fresh coffee and was told that this pot was fresh. Well it was colder than the first cup! Never got anymore after that. Service was very slow as the server was distracted with friends. Most of the food like the grits, eggs and toast was cold. We really couldn’t wait to just finish eating and leave once we finally got everything. This visit was disappointing, especially since I always rave to everyone about WH Youngsville. I hope some necessary changes are made by the next time we visit.

Dahlton was absolutely amazing the customer service when you walk in the door and he says welcome to Waffle House is literally the best customer service he makes u feel very comfortable here he is a very handsome hard working man keep up the good work sweet heart 😍😍😍
