I wasn't impressed -No one was in the front to seat us - we almost walked out. I could not drink the soft drink I ordered It tasted moldy and they didn't have bottled water. Food was less then mediocre. Steak was tough and had lots of gristle. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the Fajita Trio. He complained about the steak and said the shrimp were not cooked.

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar in Zachary ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and our drinks were always refilled on time without us even having to ask. You can really tell the team here cares about their customers and providing great service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Arrived this evening at approximately 4:40. Was told by the hostess it would be a 10-15 minute wait because all of their servers were at capacity. Not a problem. I’m not entirely sure if they were short-staffed or what.
When we were able to be sat is when the problem began. We sat there perusing the menus (1 regular, 2 kids menus) and not one single server came up to us in the 15 minutes we sat there. I have two hungry children, so we decided to leave.
I am sympathetic to short-staff issues. I am not sympathetic to no greeting, no “hey, I’ll be with you in a few minutes”. The only person who did anything was the hostess who I feel awful for as I don’t think I was the only one who walked out.

This was the most upsetting experience I ever had we got seating quickly our waitress brought our drinks quickly but was slow to get refills and we placed our order and the soup was cold and our bacon ranch quesidillas 2 orders were burnt and had no chicken and bacon they forgot our appetizer we had to keep asking for it and we had to order something else because our meal was inedible and ordered burgers and when I got my burger they messed up my burger a plain burger how can u mess that up so while everyone else in my party ate I had nothing to eat and when I finally got my food everyone was finished and ready to go some way to spend a 60th birthday I was so upset we waited for the waitress to bring more chips and salsa never got them waited for a manager and one never showed up I walked out and we were there for 2 and a half hrs and never got to eat my meal with all the mess ups I tried calling the zachary chilis for almost 3 hrs and was on hold and would get disconnected for me to cry over a meal it was the most embarrassing and humiliation I ever felt

Wonderful service from the time we walked in until the time we left. We were seated quickly, our server was awesome, another employee brought chips/salsa to our table & was very nice, the food was really good & they accommodated my substitution request to my dish’s sides. All food was cooked & presented perfectly. My husband was disappointed that they don’t serve chilli anymore, but still many other yummy dishes to choose from! We will definitely go back.
Got the fajitas...nothing special...but I got a laugh how they put the pico de gaio in the black beans...always better to eat inside...

In Zachary the workers are just sitting around talking to each other instead of talking care of the customers. Waiting to be sitting took a while the young lady was on her cell phone. Also this place is ALWAYS FREEZING.

Terrible experience at the Chili’s in Zachary. We waited over 15 minutes and not a single person came to our table with the exception of the hostess to seat us (which was very timely) but after that? Not even a waitress or waiter for water. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, and the service was completely nonexistent for us.. We finally just got up and left. I’ve been in food service most of my career and thought that I needed to go speak to the manager just to inform her so that she can maybe make improvements for the restaurant. After having a very brief conversation with her, I definitely won’t be coming back. There is an evident lack of management experience, and I don’t expect to see any changes. We would’ve spent somewhere in the neighborhood of around $60. That’s what we usually do spend at a restaurant For two people. Surely, I can’t be the only one that has had the same experience.
