Overall experience was great. We were a large party and made things a bit confusing but the wait staff handled it with class. The food was much better than I remember from years ago. Everything was fresh and flavorful from appetizer to entree. Thank you for doing a great job!!!

Went to chilis tonight and Alayna was THE best sever ever. She was very patient, polite, checked on us often to make sure my son and I were ok and had everything we needed. The food was hot and delicious, margarita was great and overall excellent customer service. I’ll definitely look for Alayna the next time I dine in. Thanks again for everything

We were ignored for about 5 or six minutes.. upon entry. Then seated and again waited to get a menu... hubby's steak was not cooked long enough. I had potatoe soup and salad. Had to eat my soup with a fork.. Didnt see refills either. And the place was not even 1/2 full of people. Better service and food should have been a priority. This is our second lousy visit. We will be going to a different chili's next time.
Really enjoyed my time at this chilis! The staff was super friendly and informative. Absolutely loved the manager Cheyenne! She truly loves her job and made my visit memorable! Food was delicious as always. Definitely recommend coming back (:
We dined tonight with 7 of us understanding that a larger table is a bit more difficult, but there is no excuse for what we experienced. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our drink order and this was after my husband went to find someone. They said, "Oh, she didn't know she was assigned to that table". Our order was placed and was correct when it arrived but after that, no refills, no return service at the table, NOTHING. I wanted some to go containers so I got up to go and ask for those and they had to go outside to get them out of storage. Our bill was well over $100 and we love to reward good service but tonight was the first time I tipped extremely low as in $1. Please do something about this place, it is in a good location and good service really is not that complicated. To add....none of the employees were particularly friendly or helpful.

Appetizer, cold. Both entries, overcooked. Milk for coffee, spoiled. The waitress tried her best but the back house and the hostess were subpar to say the least. Spoke to the manager about the issues and she was apologetic, but not much else. Overall, just s very poor experience for $70.

They literally forgot about us after we ordered while sitting down . Wasted our night waiting 1.5hrs to then be told there’s a mix up and they never even made our food . Wouldn’t come back here if you paid me
