I recently started working in Zachary. Ive noticed there aren't many healthy options to choose from at lunch so I thought id give The Golden Vegan a try because their food looks amazing on the website.I know nothing about vegan food but the owner was so helpful with helping me decide on what to order. I tried the burger today and it was amazing! I will definitely be back to try something new every week! I highly recommend trying it out if you are in the Zachary area!! ?
You're missing out if you don't try this place!! Messy chicken wrap is my favorite. Don't skip the southwest egg rolls! The service is top notch. I was going to post a picture of my amazing food, but I was so hungry and it was so good that I forgot! Ha

It was my first time trying this restaurant after seeing great reviews about them. It's black owned, and I wanted to support it. Im not vegan. However, I do love vegetables. I got the mushroom burger with special fries, and everything was delicious, fresh, and hot! The young lady that owns the restaurant took my order, and she was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back to try something else.
