BUT YET WHEN I GROUP OF WHITE PPL CAME IN WITH LIKE 15 PPL, THEY WERE SEATED SOON AS THEY WALKED IN THE DOOR. THIS PLACE IS VERY RACIST!!!

Those places is a joke we stood at the front desk for 10 mins with no one there to seat us.So we took a seat at the bar to be asked to move because of no bartender on duty. So we move to the area they directed and still no service for 10 mins .Very poor magenment and staff.

Im very disappointed with this experience. The door was locked and no one would answer. It was 7pm and the website and google both said they were open until 11. It was very obvious they were ignoring us. They never stepped out once. They just simply continued to go about their business. I made eye contact with some of them multiple times. We tried calling them to see what was up, both me and 2 other people, and it never went through. After about 10 minutes of standing and knocking on the door I went to the back door curbside pickup area. The man running it kindly got someone from the front and only then did the FINALLY tell me that they weren’t seating. Every time I go to chili’s they always have a problem. But this was the most frustrating. I won’t say never go to Chili’s because I love Chili’s, but I don’t recommend this one.

We had to wait at least 10 mins to be seatedThen another 15 to order foodWe waited almost 45 mins to get the foodWaiter said system rebooted and they didn’t know what we ordered. There were only two other customers in the restaurant at the time so there was no need in making us wait so long for service.Needless to say we won’t be back or recommending this restaurant to anyoneBut if you can get past the long wait the food was very good

I will never eat at this establishment again. As locals we have given this place numerous times to prove themselves. Time after time again, we leave extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if it was the last place open in Zachary.I’m not sure if my server was lacking training or care. Either way- it’s very sad. The bartender was extremely irritated being asked for the bare essentials of eating out somewhere. If I could rate this place -5 out of 10 I would.Kudos for the cooks bussing food and keeping a friendly attitude while being mocked and ridiculed by the staff. This place is a joke

Went for for the 3 for me deal...I got the blackberry sweet tea.. so good got 1 to-go ?I had the side salad and the entree was the Secret sauce burger... and a side of asparagus... the asparagus was seasoned and sautéed wellThe burger was nicely seasoned and cooked well.The meal... 8.5/10Service 8/10

I've been here a lot since it opened in ~2005 for takeout and dine-in. Stopped around covid because the quality had dropped. This was one of the best times my spouse and I have eaten there since 2020. Thanks, Chili's in Zachary for such a great time.
